You can tell American engineers design this. I point to the way the ball is secured. Not only screwed in but a nut lock it down as well as a set screw. Very happy the process was easy. Good communication and the pole was well protected during transport. Thank you

Took approximately 2.5 weeks from purchase to receiving. We were able to get ours put up on Memorial Day hence the half mast. I would recommend that you’ll need a way to lift the pole upward. The pole and all included hardware is good quality and made in USA! Would purchase from them again. We located ours so it can be enjoyed from the people passing by on the road and from our porch.

wow. what a flag pole. the flag and flag pole look unbelievable when installed. just wish I would of read and understood it didn’t come with a ball. I had to wait to install since I had to order the ball for the top. but that was my fault. never thought to look or ask. Top notch product and customer service I just wanted to let you know that the pole arrived yesterday and we erected it today. I’d like to thank you for the constant communication throughout this process. I know the delays were out of your hands but you were wonderful about contacting the vendor and hearing my concerns. The pole is perfect and it’s made a huge impact on my neighborhood. Many of my neighbors are veterans and several have already come by to comment and express their appreciation for such a beautiful pole. This flag is one that we flew over one of my construction projects on the Oregon coast. It was originally 10x20 but took a beating in the 70+ mph winter winds. It was repaired by a local flag maker and I adopted it. It will now fly proudly over my property on the most special of occasions. And your pole will support it.
