Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, no questions asked. All you need to do is return your item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with your receipt.

Please note we are sadly unable to cover your return shipping costs. 

Damages and Other Issues

All stock items are backed by our 100% guarantee of satisfaction. Many of our items are made right here in America, to the highest quality, but in the rare chance that if you're not happy with the quality of your item, you have 30 days to return it to us.

Please note that flagpole orders cannot be returned if damage is later discovered, so it's very important you take your time checking it with the courier at the point of delivery. See full information on our Flagpole Receiving Instructions

Warranties

Our high quality, US made flagpoles have a lifetime shaft warranty, provided they have been installed correctly and used under normal conditions. This covers any defects related to workmanship or materials. This does not cover overflagging, inclement weather beyond design or natural disasters.

Our flags have a 90 day warranty when flown under normal conditions. Most of our customers can expect our flags to last up to a year in top condition, provided it's maintained and taken down during poor weather. Our warranty does not cover extreme weather or where there has been flag abuse such as flying from vehicles, or where the flag has been damaged by the ground.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items, used products or flagpoles where damage was not reported at the point of delivery.

The above refund policies constitute our entire warranty. There are no additional warranties either expressed or implied
