Only issue was with the spinners. They would not spin freely. Order spinners with ball bearings. Fixed the problem. Other than that, great product.

Great product!! When it arrived (sooner than I expected) the pole had been scratched by the bracket rubbing against it in transit. I sent an e-mail with photos to your representative on a Friday, we had a phone conversation the same afternoon and he sent out a replacement pole on Monday which I received a few days later. I searched for Allegiance Flags and found your website, here locally in Kennesaw, GA. For locality and sold by U.S. company with U'S. made products, it can't get better than that in today's climate of foreign made duplicates. Something as sensitive as OLD GLORY, should never be mass produced in a foreign country for representation of our country. This is sacred grounds here. My flag pole was ordered in June and I didn’t get it until the July 3rd. It came in time for the 4th but not in time for flag day. Now I have it and happy I do.

I like the feel of the flag and pole. I've had a flag and pole for many years. Every two years I would have to replace the flag from wear and tear. This one seems quite substantial and that includes the pole. I can tell by the weight. This flag and pole are much heavier and I like that. I bring my flag in every evening and don't put it out when the weather is bad. I don't get a great deal of wind here so that's a plus. I hope that this flag will last longer. I believe it will. I'm gald I bought it. Oh, there was a bit of a problem with the delivery because the delivery truck was late getting to you. An accident I think. But I still got it prior to the 4th of July and that was great. I'd like to add a photo tomorrow if I can. I've already brought my flag in for the night.
Prestige package is quality. Flag, pole, spinners, mount, and light are solid. Took longer to receive than I anticipated. However, customer service was communicative throughout the wait. I would recommend that more/better tape be used on the shipping tube. Both end caps were loose and stuffed into the tube. Thankfully, nothing was lost in transit. Best overall setup I found after much research.
First package arrived empty. Apparently the flag and flag pole fell out during transit. Customer service promptly replaced the shipment and my second package arrived (with the help of our UPS delivery person) on July 3rd just in time for the big celebration. Beautiful flag and bunting. Highly recommend this company, their customer service and their products.

Love my flag!! It's the first time I've bought an American flag actually made here in the US. Love that the stars are each embroidered onto the flag, not dyed. It's made so well, the pole and hardware are all made in the USA!
