Flagpoles and their associated wind speeds listed assume that ten percent of the overall length of the flagpole is buried at or near ground level per industry recommendations. The principal load acting on flagpoles is wind load and that load must be carefully determined. Maximum wind speeds to which flagpoles are exposed are dependent upon many factors such as geographical location, whether or not it is in the center of a large city, a small town's outskirts, seashore, at ground level or on the roof of a high building. Wind speeds generally are higher along coastal areas than inland. They are also higher in open country than in the center of cities. Wind speed also becomes greater as height above ground increases. Wind exerts a force on the pole as well as the flag, thus both loads must be added to determine total load. Flags of different sizes are designed to be flown from different sized poles.
It's important that flagpoles be selected which are capable of supporting the largest flag intended to be flown in the highest wind speed to which it will be subjected. Loads on flagpoles are resisted by the mounting foundation, roof, or wall to which it is secured.

Personal injury, flagpole damage or property damage can occur when flying oversized flags and banners or flying flags in higher winds than recommended.

The pole itself is beautifully made ā sturdy, professional, and exactly what we needed to fly our flags with pride for years to come. When we discovered a small piece of hardware was missing from our shipment, Amanda Page went above and beyond to make it right. Would like some more detail description of the products. I made an exchange because of the missing info. The staff was awesome, and the exchange went well. So no harm no foul. Can't wait for spring to set it up.
Not your fault but delivery was delayed a week. They lost the flag pole in delivery. How can you misplace a 20ft pole is hard to understand. But we love the product and the delivery company was apologetic and very nice about it.
The flagpole was delivered fast and in excellent condition. After using several sectional poles that inevitably broke despite being rated as heavy duty, it was time to try a real commercial grade pole. This one didn't disappoint. It is heavy gage aluminum that handily passed its first real test during a severe thunderstorm with 70 mph wind gusts just two days after I installed it. Even better, it fit my existing foundation sleeve saving me a ton of work. Thanks for a great product delivered with attentive customer service at a great price!
Ordering, shipping, condition, and installation all went as advertised. Got it installed in time for a great Memorial Day ceremony. Your customer service was great to work with and helped us get the correct LED light kit to illuminate our flag with out interferring with the lanyard use.

The only issue we had was the sleeve. At first there was only on sleeve and you promptly shipped the second sleeve, but it was a different size than the first one. The next person that helped stated the second sleeve was the correct size and I could cut the first one to fit. That being said, our poles needed to be buried 2 feet instead of the 1.5, so they would match our other poles. Everyone at your company was fantastic to work with and I appreciate everything!!

The flagpole does not come with a flagpole topper it was not very clear when we ordered it. Installation was put on hold until we received the flagpole topper. The topper should be included in each order to prevent this from happening as we had to push back our flagpole dedication ceremony for an item that was under a hundred bucks.

Overall it went very well and Amanda Page was helpful and quick to respond. I found the flag descriptions and order numbers a little confusing and I requested a nylon halyard because poly usually seems to get harder, brittle and frayed with age.
I also wish that the hardwood wedges were included. I tried to guess what they were to look like and cut them out of an ash tree log.
I also found it challenging to protect the pole from rain (itās really BIG) while trying to prepare the hole and setting up the receiver for concrete before we could stand it up in receiver.
But it all worked out and we are thrilled.

I single piece aluminum pole... love it. The telescoping poles corrode over time with the moisture. Well worth the extra $$ if you want a legitimate flag pole
Our three new flagpoles for the Clayton Veterans Memorial in Clayton, NM.
Installation was very easy. The 20' poles can be installed with two people, the 25' pole would recommend three people for safety. Love our new poles and flags!
